OVERVIEW

Voorem is a Belgium based rental car platform designed to simplify how users discover, book, and manage rental vehicles through digital channels. The platform focuses on delivering a smooth and reliable rental experience by connecting users with available vehicles via a well-structured web and mobile application ecosystem. The scope of the project involved designing a complete end-to-end UX and a clearly defined UI system that supports the entire rental journey, from vehicle discovery and booking to post-rental interactions. The objective was to create a scalable, user-friendly product experience that works seamlessly across both web and mobile platforms while reinforcing trust and usability for a UK market audience.

The Challenge

The key challenge was the absence of a structured user experience and a defined visual language. Voorem required a clear UX flow that could translate efficiently across both web and mobile platforms without fragmentation. Designing for multiple devices introduced complexity in navigation, interaction patterns, and feature prioritization. Additionally, the platform needed a cohesive UI system that could unify the product experience while remaining flexible enough to scale as the platform evolves.

Solution

We approached Voorem with a holistic product design strategy, crafting the entire UX architecture from scratch and defining user journeys that felt natural across web and mobile environments. Clear information architecture and interaction flows were established to ensure usability and consistency at every touchpoint. Alongside the UX, we designed a comprehensive UI system that included typography, color palettes, components, and layout guidelines to maintain visual harmony across platforms. The design process focused on clarity, responsiveness, and continuity, ensuring that users experience the same level of ease and familiarity whether they interact via web or mobile app.
