Plan My Todo is an all-in-one productivity app designed to help users manage their everyday tasks, expenses, calendars, AI-generated notes, and overall schedule efficiently. The goal of the project was to create a comprehensive solution that consolidates multiple daily management tools into a single, intuitive platform. From the initial research to the final design and development, our team worked from scratch to ensure the app provides a seamless, user-friendly experience that simplifies task management and enhances productivity.

The primary challenge was designing an app that could integrate multiple functionalities - task management, expense tracking, calendar scheduling, and AI notes - without overwhelming the user. Existing solutions were often fragmented, confusing, or cluttered, making it difficult for users to handle all their daily activities in one place. The challenge was to map a complete user journey and create a UX flow that keeps the app simple, clear, and efficient, while maintaining the richness of features.
