OVERVIEW
Carro is an all-in-one automotive service platform designed to simplify how car owners discover and access everything their vehicle needs in one place. The product connects users with car service stations, maintenance providers, and multiple automobile-related services through a single, unified experience. The platform was designed as a dual-app ecosystem, consisting of a user app for car owners and a partner app for service providers, ensuring seamless coordination between service discovery, booking, and fulfilment. With Carro, car owners no longer need to search across multiple platforms or rely on offline solutions. The entire automotive service journey is centralized into one intuitive application.





The Challenge
The core challenge of the Carro project was building a complete product experience from scratch without any predefined UX structure or design references. The platform needed to accommodate a wide range of car-related services while remaining simple and easy to navigate for everyday users. Additionally, the experience had to serve two distinct audiences - car owners and service partners - each with different goals and workflows. The primary focus was on organizing a complex service ecosystem into a clear, trustworthy, and scalable user experience without overwhelming users.



Solution
We approached Carro with a product-first UX mindset, designing the entire user experience from the ground up for both the user and partner applications. The UX architecture was carefully structured to ensure effortless service discovery, intuitive navigation, and smooth interaction flows. Clear service categorization, location-based discovery, and streamlined partner workflows were designed to reduce friction on both sides of the platform. Alongside the UX, a complete brand identity and design system were created to establish consistency, reliability, and visual clarity across the product. Every design decision was driven by a single goal, making car-related services feel simple, accessible, and dependable.



The Outcome
The final outcome was a well-defined, scalable automotive platform that brings all car services into one cohesive digital experience. Carro emerged as a user-friendly ecosystem where car owners can quickly find and manage the services they need, while partners can efficiently offer and manage their services through a dedicated interface. The project resulted in a strong UX foundation, a consistent brand presence, and a future-ready product design capable of evolving with additional services and features over time.
